Cahya Nails Education is built for nail techs who want to understand the why behind their work, not just memorize steps.
Learn the technical foundations behind Russian Manicure, structure, retention, and professional product application through online or hands-on in-person training.
Whether you choose to learn online or train with me in person, the goal is the same:
To help you understand what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to make better technical decisions behind the table.
I did not start with confidence.
I started rushed, underpaid, and guessing.
I knew how to do nails, but I didn't fully understand why some sets lasted and others didn't.
What changed my work wasn't another product or another trendy technique.
It was learning the foundations in the correct order and understanding the reasoning behind each step.
When my results became more predictable, everything else began to change: my confidence, my pricing, my clients, and eventually my business.
That's the principle behind every training I create:
Foundations before speed.
Control before aesthetics.
Understanding before copying.
My goal isn't to teach you to reproduce my work.
It's to give you a technical foundation you can continue building on as your own skills develop.
You don't need to learn everything at once. Build in the correct order.
Start with Russian Manicure Foundations.
Build your understanding of nail assessment, preparation, safe cuticle work, filing, structure, product application, retention, and troubleshooting.
Choose the learning format that works best for you:
Online or In Person.
Once the foundation is established, you can expand into additional techniques and extension systems such as Dual Forms.
For students who want both, the 3-Day In-Person Foundations + Dual Forms Intensive combines the two systems into one hands-on training experience.
COMING SOON
Technical skill is only one part of building a sustainable nail career.
Future business education will focus on pricing, profitability, client experience, policies, and building a stronger independent nail business.
One foundation. Two ways to learn.
Choose the format that fits how you learn best.
This makes the next two offers feel connected instead of random.

A structured online training for working nail techs who want to strengthen their Russian Manicure foundation and understand the reasoning behind each step.
If your results feel inconsistent, you're experiencing retention problems, or you're tired of piecing together conflicting information from social media, this training gives you a system to follow from assessment through finishing.
You'll learn the foundations behind:
Nail assessment • Preparation • E-file control • Cuticle work • Filing • Structure • Product application • Retention • Troubleshooting
Learn at your own pace with 90-day access to the complete training.
BEST FOR:
Nail techs who already have some experience working with nails and want a structured system they can study and practice on their own schedule.
ONLINE • 90-DAY ACCESS • START AFTER ENROLLMENT
For students who want more than watching a demonstration.
Learn the complete Russian Manicure foundations system through theory, guided self-practice, hands-on model application, and direct correction while you're actually working.
DAY 1
Theory, Tool Control & Self-Practice
Build the technical foundation, understand your tools and practice the technique on yourself while I observe and correct your hand position, pressure, angles, and control.
DAY 2
Apply the Full System on a Model
Work through a complete Russian Manicure service on your model while I observe your technique and make corrections throughout the process.
BEST FOR:
Students who learn best through hands-on instruction, want their technique observed in real time, or are newer to nails and want direct guidance while building their foundation.
PRIVATE 1:1 OR MAXIMUM 2 STUDENTS
Training dates are arranged after enrollment based on mutual availability.
A deposit is required to reserve your training.
For students who want to build the Russian Manicure foundation and add a complete extension technique, there is a more intensive in-person option.
An intensive hands-on training combining Russian Manicure Foundations with the Dual Forms extension system.
Rather than learning two disconnected techniques, you'll first build the technical foundation behind preparation, cuticle work, filing, structure, and product application — then learn how those principles apply when creating extensions with Dual Forms.
The goal isn't simply to show you how to place a form.
It's to help you understand form selection, fit, product control, structure, shaping, refinement, and how to assess the finished result.
BEST FOR:
Students who want intensive hands-on instruction in both Russian Manicure Foundations and Dual Forms rather than taking the trainings separately.
3 DAYS • HANDS-ON TRAINING • LONDON, ONTARIO
Training dates are arranged based on mutual availability.
A deposit is required to reserve your training.
You're already working with nails and want a structured Russian Manicure system you can learn and practice at your own pace.
You want direct hands-on instruction with me observing your pressure, positioning, angles, tool control, and technique while you work or you're newer to nails and want more direct guidance.
You want intensive in-person training that combines the Russian Manicure foundation with the Dual Forms extension system.
Email academy@cahyanails.com and I'll help you determine which training best fits your current experience and goals.
Most nail techs don't struggle because they lack talent.
They struggle because they were never taught the foundations in the correct order with the reasoning behind each step.
That's what my education is designed to change.
Whether you learn online or train with me in person, my goal is to help you understand your technique, recognize what you're seeing, and build a system you can continue developing long after the training ends.
